We are a pre-revenue Independant Power Producer of solar electricity based on a proprietary solar technology that we are developing and will deploy to produce and sell electricity to utilities and large commercial users of power. When finished, our proprietary technology will produce solar electricity for far less cost than our competitors and will ultimately be competitive with CO2 emitting means of producing electricity. Our business strategy is to form long term productive relationships with our customers through the implementation of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) in which we agree to finance, fabricate, install, and maintain our technology in exchange for an agreed upon schedule of electricity, renewable energy credits (RECs), and available tax incentives.
